Can I bring my pet?
No, pets are not allowed.

May I bring my baby
Baby’s: every passenger must have their own seat, whether paid guests or not. You need not sign the baby in on the website. Once you have made the booking, mail us with the information and we will make sure to reserve a seat for the baby.

Is the bus wheelchair friendly?
No, the bus is not fitted to accommodate wheelchairs. You must be able to walk in and out of the bus via the stairs. You can go as far as the bus with the chair, if a folding version we can store in in the baggage department of the bus.

May I eat or drink in the bus?
No.

Is there a toilet in the bus?
No. The tour is only an hour long. Just inside of our departure point you will find toilets.

May I leave the bus during the tour?
No, you remain in the bus.

Is there a senior discount?
No, we do not offer any senior discount.

Is the tour in English?
No, the spoken language is Dutch with English subtitles. If you rent a private bus we can offer the tour in English.

May I rent the bus for a private tour?
Yes. The cost for the whole bus is € 600,00 per hour. Please email us for more information sbts@lovers.nl

Can I see the bus before the tour?
Yes, before departure the bus is at bus stop A 15.

How many passengers can you accommodate?
There are 46 seats excl. 1 for the driver.

Where do I check in?

Schiphol Plaza, in the Planes@Plaza store. Here you check in with your ID

Can I check in with my Dutch driver’s license?

Yes, a Dutch driver’s license is sufficient. From the age of 14 you must have your own ID.

Are children free?
Not all children. Children 0-3 are free but need their own seat. For 1 adult it is allowed to bring two children with the age between 0-3. Children from 4-12 pay the child price. Children aged 13+ pay the full adult fare.

Where is the departure point of the tour?
The bus departs from platform 15 outside of Schiphol Plaza. The driver picks everyone up from the check in counter.

Can I smoke in the bus?
No.

Does the tour always depart?
Unplanned situations can always occur. We try to post them on the website as soon as we know.

I have reserved a parking ticket. what do I do?

You can park in the visitors parking P1 or P2 (no longer available starting Oktober 1st 2017), or the WTC. P15 and P22 are open terrains and have not height limitations. At the counter when you check in you receive a voucher with which you can pay for your parking time.

I would like to bring my grandson. How can I reserve for him?
Once you have made your own reservation, contact us with the information of the child. We will add this to your reservation.

I already have a voucher/ticket. Can I trade this in at the airport?
No, you cannot trade it in at the airport. All vouchers must be redeemed through our website. On the page where your fill in your information you find a place for promotion code, this is where you fill in the voucher/ticket number. If all goes well at the end you see a link where you can print out your boarding pass.

How early should I check in?
We ask that you check in at least 30 minutes before hand at our counter at Schiphol plaza in the Planes@Plaza store. If you are not on time it is possible you may not be able to take part at the reserved time.

Can I take pictures during the tour?

Follow the advice of the driver. There is one point where taking photos is prohibited.
